The Pentagon is the latest generation of CO₂ Ultra pulse lasers used in the treatment of severe scars, enlarged pores, and severe skin conditions.  The Ultra pulse laser inflicts an artificial injury to the skin that induces a healing response by the dermis whereby fibroblasts are stimulated resulting in collagen reformation.
